Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Review & Approval

  Our customer care team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our quality guidelines and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack your Qure™ devices or skincare products in their original packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
